City Island Little League is always seeking responsible and enthusiastic individuals to support and coordinate our events and activities. Volunteers are the heart of our league, and we believe that anyone with a passion for helping children and fostering community can make a difference. Whether you’re a grandparent, parent, sibling, former Little Leaguer, community leader, or neighbor, your skills and talents are welcome!

As a volunteer, your role is vital in ensuring the safety, well-being, and overall development of the children in our league. Whether you’re helping on the field, coordinating events, or supporting the league in other ways, your involvement makes a lasting impact. Little League thrives thanks to individuals who are dedicated to creating a positive, supportive environment for young athletes to grow.

We welcome volunteers from all walks of life and believe that every community member has something valuable to contribute. However, as a safety measure and to ensure a positive experience for everyone involved, through District Administrators and your local Board of Directors, may deny individuals the privilege of volunteering for reasons, past or present, all volunteer applicants will be subject to background checks, as required by Little League International.
